| Tiivistelmä: | A field study to examine influence of organizational frustration and locus of control on emotional and behavioural reactions to frustrating conditions, based on data gained from a questionnaire completed by 160 employees from all levels of a mental health facility. Frustration was found to be related to interpersonal aggression, sabotage and withdrawal. Subgroup moderator analysis. Those most likely to respond to frustration with counterproductive behaviour. Three Tables cover variables, correlations and moderated regressions. |
