Tiivistelmä:A study of rater accuracy as a function of schemata based on past experience and as a function of "imposed" schemata, based on undergraduates, MBA students and personnel managers, who were expected to use successively more valid schemata for rating 3 videotyped personnel managers, 50% of whom were familiarized with rating scales prior to ratee observation. Multiple regression analysis. How familiarization with the rating scales did not result in greater accuracy. Two Tables provide data.
