| Tiivistelmä: | There is inconclusive evidence about the structural stability of German money demand. Deutsche Bundesbank, Godde and Schlomann reject the hypothesis of structural stability whereas Neumann and von Hagen accept it. The article tries to find out the cause in specification of money demand of this divergence and reveals it in the assumption by Neumann and von Hagen of stochastic seasonality. |
