| Tiivistelmä: | Organizations should seek a broader understanding of processes associated with demographic differences, in the face of growing workforce diversity. Relational demography has been found to correlate with subordinates' performance and role outcomes, within the confines of the superior-subordinate dyad. This study extends the line of research finding that relational demographics accounted for significant amounts of variance in job-related variables that vere not strictly attachment-oriented. Important results were found in connection with relational race, but not relational age, gender, or education. |
