| Tiivistelmä: | This paper presents the results of a study comparing Russian factory quality management practices in 1989 and 1992. Comparing study results across time has identified several interesting findings about Russian quality practices. results from the study indicate that in three years since economic reform Russian factories are making progress at improving product quality. From 1989 to 1992, Russian factory workers have observed significant improvement in the level of product quality at their factories. |
