| Tiivistelmä: | This article studies inter-firm connections between emerging firms in the post-Soviet area. The article suggests that new inter-firm alliance is a socially embedded process. Clearly, Western investors have not understood the local inter-firm dynamics in Russia which has resulted in many difficulties. The intent is to propose a theoretical model in order to further the understanding of firm network creation in emerging markets. |
