| Tiivistelmä: | With the internationalization of financial markets, the necessity to reconcile the interests of company managers and owners whose shares are traded on exchanges becomes ever more acute. For much of the 1990s, Russia had no clearly established and generally recognized system of governance. Without clear governance principles it is impossible to establish sufficient confidence in the corporate accounting integrity and in their future financial health. |
