| Tiivistelmä: | This article deals with the changes on the Russian parliamentary elections (here as: prl-elcts.) The national prl-elcts. to the Duma btw. 1993 and 2003 has been reformed in 2005 with extending the party list competition to 245 seats without the plurality formula. The party system fragmentation is effected due the changes. |
