| Tiivistelmä: | The sciences and the generated technics focusing on human behaviour lead to conflicts in the world of labour. The origins of these conflicts are selected in the theories and the way to a renewal of the premises on which social sciences base are looked for. The current management practices of human resources are revaluated in the light of these new theories. This re-evaluation deals, with the use of psychological tests in recruitment policies, the use of "training while doing" techniques and managerial counsel. |
