| Tiivistelmä: | Mobbing researchers define the concept as follows: "Psychoterror or mobbing in job is a hostile way of communication, which is directed by one or more persons against another one. The person against which the hostile sentiment is directed is in vanquished position, and the acts of mobbing take place regularly. " An interview with Oswald Neuberger, an expert of "economic phychology" is presented on his recent book about mobbing. He states that it is useless to speak about victims and doers, because mobbing always arises from quite every-day conflicts. |
