| Tiivistelmä: | The relationship between regulation, information technologies and human behaviour is examined in this article by concerning what happens when humans configure technology in use. This article focuses especially to file-sharing peer-to-peer applications. Finally actual practices of the users of this kind of technology is proposed for future study. |
