| Tiivistelmä: | This article focuses on the effect cultural diversity has on co-operative relationships. The concept of co-operation is divided into two different categories, namely community-based and complementary. A cross-analysis framework is created by combining those modes of co-operative relationships with six dimensions of cultural diversity. It is applied to the case study of France Telecom Mobile and Orange UK's integration team. The main conclusion is that cultural differences should be considered as a way to explain individual difficulties between individuals. |
