| Tiivistelmä: | China's GATT status is conducive to expand China's ocean shipping market and to promote the technological progress of sea transportation enterprises. Meanwhile, it increases pressure of competition to these enterprises in China. Ocean shipping enterprises in China must establish management mechanism suitable for competition on the international market. Laws and regulations on transportation must be formulated as early as possible. A national ocean shipping association should be set up to protect the interests of domestic enterprises. Scale management should be realized in there enterprises. |
