| Tiivistelmä: | Compared with the planned economy, the modern market economy has been proved to be a more effective economic operational mechanism. Wherever the economic reform is more deepened and the share of market regulation is bigger, the economy is more vigorous and develops more fast. However, the modern market economy does not exclude government interference and planning guidance and the defects of the market itself must be remedied by them. |
