| Tiivistelmä: | Shenzhen's shipping industry now has various classes of ships weighing in at a total of over 1.5 million dwt and 0.15 million dwt of ships with certificates, which forms a comprehensive fleet. The fleet is made up of various ships including bulk freighter, mixed freighter container ship, oil tanker, liquefied gas ship, chemicals ship, passenger ship and high-speed ship. There are 8 port areas with over 100 shipping berths. The largest berth has a handling capacity of 75,000 dwt. The annual traffic of ports surpasses 30 million dwt. It is high time for Shenzhen to recreate superiority's in the development of its shipping industry for the return of Hong Kong to the motherland and Shenzhen's second economic take-off have provided chances. |
