| Tiivistelmä: | Under the situation of increasingly intense market competition, the strategy of commercial circulation integration has important practical significance for commercial enterprises to realize economy of scale, raise circulation efficiency, enhance competitiveness and move towards modernization. China's commercial enterprises may implement it gradually on the basis of drawing for reference the foreign advanced experience. But they need to pay attention to some problems in the development of circulation integration in practice. They should handle well the relationship between vertical integration and horizontal integration, and conduct mixed integration moderately according to their actual conditions. |
