| Tiivistelmä: | Since reform and opening up, China's wage system has developed into a new one featuring the coexistence of diverse forms and categories. But this new wage system is still imperfect and has some problems. By analyzing the reasons for income gap widening continuously, this paper puts forward the corresponding solutions and measures. It also point out that the government's functional departments should strengthen regulation and control. |
