| Tiivistelmä: | Organization can serve as a valuable support for the transformation and restructuring process now under way in the former German Democratic Republic. Organizers in the Federal Republic are closely following the process which involves the dismantling and reprivatization of the former state enterprises, optimization of human resource management through the restructuring of relationship and modernisation of equipment. The author first describes the nature of organization in the command economy. He then stresses the need to regard change and privatization as a complex organizational process if due consideration is to be given to current and future in organizational development. |
