| Tiivistelmä: | Over the past 20 years, China's management had many deviations as follow: irrational management in 80' was well reasoned in the West but was blind learning in China; new tendency of rational mixed irrational management in 90' appeared in the West but only irrational management still kept in China. So China's management needs to put rational management in the leading position with mixed rational and irrational management at present. |
