| Tiivistelmä: | Wuhuan's using foreign capitals are more 5 billion dollars in resent 20 years. The problems are investment could not get goal of making industrial structure better; "three-capitals" enterprise's fund has low investment rate and less production. The new ways are polical guidance ought to turn to deeper process and tech-tensive projects, enhance whole management on foreign investment, improve investment environment, seize opportunities of foreign capital western-marching, explore potentiality of using foreign capitals, and promote vary of using foreign capitals. |
