| Tiivistelmä: | In 2000, in terms of implementing monetary policy as well as improving financial services, Shanghai should make efforts to deal with the following work, including increasing funds for credit, spurring economic structural adjustment, guiding the commercial banks to improve their financial services, and speeding up reforms for direct financing. To meet with the challenges from entry into WTO, China should propel innovations in the financial sector. Moreover, it also should hasten to reform the interest rate market; and develop monetary market; and maintain the steady growth of capital market. |
