| Tiivistelmä: | After China's entering into WTO, the impacts of foreign direct investment on China economy are reflected in the following aspects:increase the level of service; promote reforms on China's economic system; improve the quality of capital formation; and boost the exploitation on labor resources. We should continuously widen the fields for foreign investments, and optimize the law system regarding using foreign funds, furthermore, protect the legal benefits of foreign investors. |
