| Tiivistelmä: | According to the research on a number of ratios between the development of the production means market and the national economy growth, the whole volume of production means sales in 1998 is estimated to grow by 6.5%, and by 5.2% getting rid of the price element. The corresponding growth rate of national economy will amount to 7% around. So it is completely possible to achieve a 8% economy growth goal if the nation adopts some new policies and measures. The problems deserving attention are as follows. 1. In the first season of 1998, the growth of the whole volume of the production sales is only 2.4%; 2. The statistics of economy growth rate is feared to be probably over estimated because the ratio between the GDP and the whole volume of production means sales presented a relatively great deviation since 1998. |
