| Tiivistelmä: | Despite claims that ADR, or alternative dispute resolution, offers "better" solutions than traditional approaches, the field of dispute solution has trouble proving its case. The reason is that there is a lack of base-line data on the effectiveness of both traditional and nontraditional dispute resolution methods. |
