| Tiivistelmä: | A company that can measure itself at every level against a common corporate vision possesses a potent competitive advantage. Unfortunately, most performance measurement systems today focus almost exclusively on financial measures. They rely on antiquated cost accounting systems that were designed to meet reporting requirements set by accounting standards-setters rather than the operating needs of managers. A state-of-the-art performance measurement system should do no less than monitor the vital signs of the company. |
