| Tiivistelmä: | In this paper the results of 40 original tests of the configurations-performance relationship are statistically aggregated. This meta-analysis demonstrates that an organization's performance is partially explained by it's configuration. Organizations' configurations contributed more to performance explanation to the extent that studies used broad definitions of configurations, single-industry samples, and longitudinal designs. |
