| Tiivistelmä: | This paper addresses the use of information technology in environmental performance measurement and reporting. It defines corporate environmental performance in terms of a balanced scorecard, including five performance dimensions, and examines how information systems can be used to obtain and process environmental performance data. Different types of standard software for supporting environmental management and environmental performance measurement are described as well as an implementation procedure for environmental information systems. |
