Tiivistelmä:The prime purpose of the corporate finance model, developed for a large company, was to identify the investment decision as district from the financing one. Certain assumptions were made and these included maximizing the firm's value through favorable influencingly share price, measurement only of performance over areas which can be directly controlled by management, and enhancing the allocation of resources by specialization. The model is divided into four sections: (1) performance analysis,(2) cash flow, (3) funding/ gearing,(4) corporate decisions.
