Tiivistelmä:Article concerns performing measurement.The author presents a research design which combine both the multitrait-multimethod and person perception designs.It can be used for determining the relationship of validity and accuracy of performance ratings.The idea is to find those factors which distort the performance ratings and with that knowledge to improve the ratings.The combination design can also be expanded to consider the broad scope of research on performance ratings.
