| Tiivistelmä: | This study aims to determine whether goal weights will differentially affect performance on a complex, multi-dimensional- dimensional task. It also tries to further explore the effectiveness of group goal setting. 129 bank lending officers and credit analysts from 48 different regional, money centers were run through a four-period, lender- stimulation exercise. Teams of 2 to 6 persons competed with 2 to 5 other teams in terms of 5 weighted performance goals. |
