JOB DESIGN

Tiivistelmä:Most job descriptions are considered useless because they list tasks but don't offer any information on how long it takes to do each task or on its relative importance. Arguments are specified in favor of job descriptions realistic about time requirements and responsibilities. That job descriptions can be among the most valuable management tools available, is emphasized. Activity categories helping analyze the components of the job's design are identified.
