| Tiivistelmä: | This article introduces case studies of the four players in the escalator and lift industry. Data is from headquarters level from the US, Finland and Germany and comparative data is form British and German subsidiaries. The goal of this research is to change management processes at subsidiary level. Main questions behind this study are analyzing management processes and how these processes are sheped by globalization. Analysis focuses on the cross-national comparison of the subsidiaries, but also is highlighted the societal institutions of MNC´s home countries. |
