Tiivistelmä:In business and academia organizational learning is a popular topic which attracts practitioners and researchers from many different fields. Though organizational learning is growing, only few studies exist which cross-fertilize organizational learning and social cognition. This article examines organizational learning from the angle of social cognition. Implications of social cognition are also discussed.
