| Tiivistelmä: | Under a contract with the Capital magazin Teleperformance, an enterprise for telemarketing, teleselling and teletraining, tested the way German corporations treat their customers through telephone. Using a Europe-wide standardized questionnere more than 200 enterprises in Germany were tested as to 10 criteria. The results of the survey are analyzed in the article. In processing the data of the survey based on the scores individual enterprises have reached the average of the economic branches are also computed and companies belonging to the same branch are ranked. |
