| Tiivistelmä: | In 1992, Antioch University Seattle opened a graduate management program for mid-career managers. Designed as an alternative to the MBA, the program is structured as a learning community in which members (students, faculty and Board) learn together and apply their learning both within the program community and at work. Key elements include the organizing framework of "person, organization and world" and the concept of reflective practice. After the first six months, the program appears to have a large and very personal impact on students. |
