| Tiivistelmä: | This study investigates the effect of recommendations from an expert system on the judgment behavior of system users in an auditing task. Specifically, two experiments were conducted to determine whether the provision of such recommendations is associated with anchoring effects among users. "Anchoring" is a term used to describe a judgement bias that occurs when individuals cannot ignore certain knowledge when processing information in decision making. |
