| Tiivistelmä: | In order to reach a sufficient understanding of complex implementation processes, several "perspectives" are to be required. Three of them are derived from literature: an administrative, a political and a network perspective. There perspectives are used to analyse the implementation of a formalized project management system. The analyses may be supplementing each other. |
