Tiivistelmä:The debate over whether individualistic attitudes at the workplace are replacing traditional collectivism, is currently raging in Finland. The nature of the labour market in this country has changed radically over the past few years, following the severe economic recession of the early 1990s. Many argue that this has resulted in a much more individualistic workplace culture. However, recent research uncovers a complex variety of trends in employee attitudes and trade union loyalty.
