Tiivistelmä: | The authors focused on the town of Porvoo in Finland as a case study in creative tourism. A focus group method with snowball sampling was used to gain a better understanding of stakeholders' attitudes, values and feelings on destination development. The paper identifies a set of enabling factors related to the framework of creative tourism e.g. socio-physical environment of the destination, service structure, consumer behavior, information and communication technologies, traffic, logistics and accessibility, networking, tourism demand and supply, local resources, marketing and public relations. |
