| Tiivistelmä: | This note examines the wider implications for issues related to equal pay for work of equal value and for industrial relations generally, in the recent decision of the European Court of Justice in Enderby v Frenchay Health Authority. Emphasis is placed on the issues raised for practitioners. The author concludes that the ECJ's decision in Enderby is likely to have profound implications for industrial relations, and, in particular, for the law and practice on equal pay for work of equal value. |
