| Tiivistelmä: | In this article, public private partnerships (PPPs), per se, and the EU regulation of PPPs are argued to be raising demands for new ways of thinking. PPPs cause a number of legal problems. Above all, PPPs challenge the traditional devide btw. private and public, and hence, related issues of accountability. Solutions are required for making PPPs legally accountable, liable or responsible. Furthermore, the European Union (EU) regulation of PPPs constitute core elements of EU law (original in Swedish). |
