| Tiivistelmä: | In this article, private-public cooperation is summarized for protection of critical infrastructure (here as: c-i.) in the five Nordic countries. Private public partnership (PPP) has internationally been set up to protect c-i. In the Nordic countries, the general concept used is 'offentligprivat samverkan' (OPS). Theoretically OPS highlights the fundamental distinction btw. private and public in today's society, accountability and efficiency in a political democracy (original in Swedish). |
