| Tiivistelmä: | In this study the authors offers a description of corporate development in Russia between 1991 and the present time. They consider the corporate real estate management (hereafter as CREM) problems during the transitional period of the Russian society. The paper concentrates on the reasons behind the problems and the ways how difficulties are solved. The findings highlight that stabilization of infrastructure is important to formation of corporations. The role of CREM in company structure reflects how actively organizations try to solve CREM problems. |
