| Tiivistelmä: | This paper presents an enhanced inductive learning technique supporting an international risk assessment process. The technique is used as a knowledge acquisition module of a decision support system (DSS) and is applied to a comparative risk evaluation of companies from different countries. The technique allows the development of an integrated risk structure that incorporates the risk characteristics of firms in the international arena. In this paper an inductive learning method is developed to generate decision trees that capture the underlying risk assessment processes contained in the data. |
