| Tiivistelmä: | Harald Grosser, personnel consultant from Hamburg, invites yearly German top managers to the Spanish island of Mallorca for a three day course. The successful managers, the majority of which confines his intellectual activity to economic problems, are confronted by representatives of other "worlds": artists, musicians, theologians, journalists and artists, and have opportunity to open their minds for other kinds of people, other thoughts and other ways of thinking. The goal of the three day manager workshop is to enrich the personality of the participants and so make them more suitable to carry out the complex task of being the leader of the poeple. |
