| Tiivistelmä: | To strengthen management of work in the origin place of exported goods in China, the State Council has promulgated this rule, according to which the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade is responsible for this management. The State General Administration for inspection of import and export commodities and the local general administrations for inspection of import and export commodities and China Council for promotion of International Trade and local councils for promotion of international trade are authorized to issue cer tificates of origin place of products by the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations and trade. |
