| Tiivistelmä: | The paper discusses four problems: 1. the important role of the financial structural reform in the overall economic structural reform; 2. to strengthen the basic functions of People's Bank of China and to set up a strong central banking regulatory system that independently implements financial policies; 3. to separate policy finance from commercial finance and to establish a financial organizational system with as the mainstay state-owned commercial banks and with the coexistence of multi-types of financial agencies; 4. to standardize operation of the financial market and to set up a unified and open, orderly and competitive financial market under strict management. |
