Tiivistelmä: | The author argues that high-performance organizations set themselves apart through a ability to go beyond mechanistic problem-solving patterns of inquiry. Indeed, an obsessive focus on "problems" leads to isolated inquiry, partial fixes, and ongoing assumptions that something is "wrong with the system".
