Tiivistelmä:While much research has been conducted toward understanding buyer behavior in the private sector and certain service sectors (such as health and education), no research has focused on the third sector. This sector also presents a unique situation for the buyer-seller interchange as it is often staffed and managed by volunteers who lack business knowledge, and often depends financially on donations from individuals and organizations who may be potential sellers.
