| Tiivistelmä: | In the article the author mainly presents burning problems in the implementation of legal regulation of managing forests.He states, that legislative regulation of this area has not been executed for over a year.He finds the reason in the conflict of partial (party) interests in regulating and managing of this part of economy.Above all he critically discusses the tendencies, that classical legal contents be interpreted to the taste of the group, which masters the problems of managing forest from the administrative standpoint, forgetting at the same time the basic respect of legal institutions. |
